Refund policy

At Organic Pharmacist, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Items
   All herbals and leaves are non-refundable.
2. ALL Digital Products are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

2. Damaged Items
If a glass teapot is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, we have not had any reports of damages for teapots in the past.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us at [Info@yourorganicpharmacist.com] within [2 days] of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for non-refundable items. For damaged items, replacements will be processed as outlined above.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return any damaged items and place a new order.
