At Organic Pharmacist, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable Items
All herbals and leaves are non-refundable. - ALL Digital Products are NON-REFUNDABLE.Â
2. Damaged Items
If a glass teapot is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, we have not had any reports of damages for teapots in the past.
3. Return Process

4. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for non-refundable items. For damaged items, replacements will be processed as outlined above.
